Over more than a decade, he has led design teams across regulated industries — healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, and enterprise AI — aligning user needs with business strategy and compliance. His work translates regulatory and process complexity into usable interfaces, producing design systems that make automation governable, transparent, and human-aligned.

Chief Architect & AI Strategy
Josh leads data, AI, and agentic system architecture. Over 24 years he has built and scaled mission-critical data platforms across defense intelligence, cybersecurity, healthcare, and enterprise SaaS — including a multi-thousand-source enterprise data platform at a Fortune 100 technology firm and a ground-up big data analytics platform at a cybersecurity leader. He founded and scaled an edge computing software venture from concept to commercial launch without external investment, and today architects agentic frameworks that shift clients from generative insight to autonomous action.
